This will ensure you maximize your appointment time* LOCATION: 1022 Park Street Suite 404 Jacksonville, Fl 32204 The Skin Witch is located in 5 points in historic riverside. The studio is directly next to Brew coffee shop. There are double doors directly to the right of Brew. I will text you the day before appt with building access information. Suite 404 is on the fourth floor - there is an elevator and also stairs. After arriving, please be mindful of signage on door. If Do Not Disturb sign is out - I am with a client or getting the room ready. Feel free to have a seat outside or wait in car and I will be with you at the scheduled appointment timeBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
LATE CANCELLATION:
Cancelling with less than 48 hours before appointment you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service. When cancelling late notice, unfortunately it can be very difficult to fill this space.
NO CALL NO SHOW:
If you don’t show to scheduled appointment day of and have not contacted- this will result in cancellation fee of 75% of scheduled service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, and have not contacted me- your appointment will be cancelled.
CONSTANT RESCHEDULING: When you book an appointment time, you are reserving that time slot for your treatment. By consistently rescheduling appointments (3+ times in a row) it denies that time slot to other clients. Multiple reschedulings and cancellations may result in elimination of any future appointments at studio.
